Dictator Postage Stamps is the companion to last years Dictator Banknotes a further look at Mott’s fascination with the darkness of power, absolute power in particular. The publication is designed as an album and contains 25 real dictator postage stamps with text for each dictator alongside anecdotes of their barbarity and/or humorous notes on their colourful lives.
Each book has a unique combination of stamps.
Mott's presentation of these dictators opens a dialogue regarding identification with these flawed individuals and their bygone humanity.
